Hello all! I Have went all out this October and harvested as many wild edibles as possible to make my own wine recipes ( not from kits). There is just something that feels wrong to me about paying for concentrate right now. This October I picked wild apples, and persimmons," paid $60.00 for 67 lbs of muskadines ( that maid 10 gallons) to a farmer"

So I have working now 3 gallons persimmon wine
5 gallons persimmon brandy
10 gallons muskidine
5 gallons green apple dry
5 gallons hot pepper

My question is does anyone know of any wild edibles that will be available nov-feb that make great wine?

I would like to continue to pick for my recipes and look forward to the fun of locating the trees, shrubs, bushes etc.. Just takes things to a different level . Thanks.
