Hello folks,

I recently learned how to make Apple Pie Cider aka Apple Pie Moonshine (made with Everclear of course) and it turned out very well. Do any of you have any recipes you could share etc?

Thanks in advance,
Joe

Mine is very simple and easy and comes out great.

Gallon of Apple Juice
Gallon of Quality apple cider
3 cups of sugar

mix that all together with 6 (give or take) cinnamon sticks and boil for an hour. Cool ( you can cool over night, up to you. Then, mix in about 3/4's of a fifth of 151, everclear, and bottle however you wish. I like putting it in mason jars with screw on tops.

Try a bit of white whiskey in it as well, like "Death's Door". The subtle corn flavor makes for an interesting compliment to the apple and cinamon taste.
