Tasting Notes
\"Citrusy, pleasantly hoppy, refreshing, crisp, slightly fruity, very drinkable\"
A nice American Wheat that took first place in a local (non-BJCP) competition. Note I only got 57% efficiency - probably because of a poor crush on the wheat malt (I was shooting for an OG closer to 1.050, which is also why the IBUs are higher than "normal" for an American Wheat). Also note that this was for a 3-gallon batch. Tasting notes above from competition scoresheets.
