Do I need to up the roasted barley? Also, I'm considering toasting half the oats. Thoughts?

The roasted barley amount is good -- I use 12oz with good results. If you decide to toast the oats, do it 3-4 days in advance to let the flavors settle and mellow.

Made a couple of slight modifications. Bumped the roasted barley to .75lbs and added the remaining .5 oz of fuggles at 10 minutes.

I'm going to put this on some bourbon soaked, medium toast oak cubes.

Not going to toast the oats--don't have time to let them sit around.
