Hard cheese kit... worth it?

That's the kit I've got; I think the biggest disadvantage is that you need something to use as a cheese press. If you look around here, there are some suggestions that might work well.
 
I think the quality of the kit has much to do with sanitation and method, just like for brewing beer. I have got the hard cheese bug again and plan on building a small press and try it out sometime. I've seen some homemade cheese that looked like it turned out pretty good and people say it can be great.
 
I've made some Swiss( ready in Aug) and a few cheddar wheels. For me, it can be almost more exciting than beer . . Its very tasty. A farmhouse cheddar that I made was quite salty( in a nice way) which was from the acid development, not the tiny amount of salt I used,etc. Very cool. Only hard part is waiting that long. . .
