It's a really disappointing day when you can't brew beer because there's no room to store it. I've been brewing complex beers that have been taking months to come into their own, or even be drinkable in some cases. Just recently I've been able to tap an orange coriander that had WAY too much coriander flavor for anyone to drink. That being said, I'm planning a couple of brews that will not use any extreme ingredients, and that can make it from brewday to keg in under 2 weeks. I'm already planning on brewing a variation of EdWort's Bee Cave IPA, but I was wondering if anyone out there had any tried and true KISS recipes they would like to share. I'm looking to possibly do a red ale and a stout or porter.
