my first batch of beer began fermenting last night (about 4 hours after sealing it in the carboy) the fermenting was quite vigorous as it filled the airlock with foam, I rigged off a blow off tube and took care of the problem. It is wheat beer (true brew american wheat kit). Today the beer has turned very cloudy and a lighter color, fermentation is not as evident but i replaced the airlock and it is constantly letting out bubbles.

Does this sound about right for where i am in the process?

Thanks

sounds fine! Yeast has reproduced and are chowing down on the malt.... they will settle a bit when fermentation is done

sounds normal to me. wheat beers are supposed to be cloudy. like Arkador said the yeast are multiplying and making your brew look light and cloudy they will settle and the beer will be fine.
