Ok so my primary fermentor blew its top over the night, I assume its from the high OG 1.072, the air lock must have gotten clogged and it blew off cause of the pressure. I cleaned a couple cups of foam off the top (witch i guess is the yeast) with a sanitized cup. I put the cover back on and put a blow off tube on it. Now my question is, Is it still good? Do i need to add more yeast cause i took some off to get the cover back on. Also this was an recipe i made myself not sure if that has anything to do with it or not. I think its just the high OG but not sure. Any ideas?
