I am a newb and from what I read when I keg my first batch I just set the co2 to 12 and let it set for a week. Do I refregerate it while I am force carbing it or do I cool it first then force carb it or do I force carb it then refregerate it. please help.:drunk:

The beer won't absorb much CO2 at 12 psi when warm, so it does need to be refrigerated while force carbing. But there's no reason why you couldn't put a keg full of room temp beer in your fridge and put it under pressure right away -- there's no need to wait until it's already cooled before starting to force carb it.
