Anyone have a simple recipe for ginger beer? I came across this one (http://recipegal.com/beverages/Ginger-Beer-Plant.htm), but just curious what other recipes are out there. I recall coming across one (which I forgot to bookmark) that was more along the lines of boiling some ginger and sugar, storing that in a bucket for a week or so, then priming and bottling.

I made a light ale and used ginger. I call it Gingered Ale. Clever, huh? :D

It has a nice ginger flavor to it.

I haven't finished typing up the recipe yet, but if you want a copy then email me for it as it is in WORD and a Recipator format.
