Umm ... Yeah.
Have been brewing for a while, off and on, although I haven't brewed anything in the last few years (job changes, moves, caring for an ailing grandmother, etc).
I'm ready to start brewing again, and what brought me here was using "the Google" to get some ideas for brewing in an area where summer temps well north of 100° eek are the norm. Even now (this time of year), maintaining "cellar temp" can be a challenge.
