I made a witbier over the weekend. Am I supposed to strain the coriander and orange peel out before I put it in the fermentation bucket or before I autosiphon out into bottling bucket?

You want to strain the orange peel and the coriander out before you will bottle. An easy way to strain it is to wrap a coffee filter around the bottom of your aoutosiphon.

I usually just put it in at the end of the boil in a hops bag, which is removed after I chill. So I don't exactly strain it per se. It is already strained by the way I add it.

So I should leave the coriander and orange peel in during the whole fermentation period(2-4 weeks)?

Yeseree. That's the way I do it anyways and it works well for me so far. BTW, most likely you won't see any coriander in there, most of it will settle on the bottom of the fermenter.
