I'm trying to get my water to the Randy Mosher "Ideal pale ale" settings.
Calcium - 110
Magnesium - 18
Sodium - 17
Chloride - 50
Sulfate - 350
Alkalinity - 57

Additions:

Gypsum - 5 grams mash, 7.6 grams boil
Calcium Chloride - 1 gm mash, 1.5 gm boil
Epsom salt - 3gm mash, 4.6 gm boil
Baking soda - 1gm mash, 1.5 gm boil

Gets me to...

Calcium - 107
Magnesium - 21
Sodium - 27
Chloride - 39
Sulfate - 299
Alkalinity - 63

A thousand pardons for not answering a question that's asked about three times a day and can be answered by reading the water sticky at the top of this section. Also bear in mind that it was posted on Christmas Eve when, perhaps, much of the population was spending time with their families and friends. ;) The numbers look fine.

Yeah, but someone could have at least copy and pasted something written a few years ago, or pasted a link to howtobrew.com. You know, the usual.
