Hi,
New here. Used to brew all the time, then moved to NYC so I had to stop due to space. Now I have a house in the Catskills so the brewery is open for biz again!

I'm trying to find extract recipes for Asian beers like Kingfisher & Taj Mahal from India, Sapporo & Kirin from Japan, etc.

No luck so far.

I'm guessing they are basic lagers with rice sugar.
I couldn't find any here, might not be looking in the right spot.

Any suggestions?

You are correct they are lager beers with rice. I was looking at the Clone Brew book I have it it looks like most use 6 Row Malt but there are a few that use 2 Row British Lager Malt. Not sure how many people brew this type of beer which is way you can't find any. Hopefully someone else replay with more knowledge then me.
Good Luck.
