I posted a thread over on the Brew Science forum, but there seems to be relatively little activity over there, compared to here. I'd like to brew today with adjusted water. This will be my first time adding any "brewing salts" to my mash and boil, so I'm a little unsure if I am doing things right. I'm not looking for any sort of in depth, detailed analysis, but I'd appreciate some reassurance that I am on the right track.
