I've brewed 4 extract batches so far and wanted to take brewing to the next level. I decided to make the jump to all grain. My first AG recipe was Jamil's California Common. Other than a tiny brain fart of mashing at 153 instead of 154, the brew day went great. I am stoked and can't wait unil I brew again!

I think the AG The Happy Mug and I did shall be named Comedy of Errors Imperial Stout......so many things went wrong and it still turned out in kick a$$ fasion:tank:
