room temp for me is 75 to 89 degrees. Can I bottle age / corbonate at this high a temp or will it effect taste? What if I store it this high? Any ideas on how to age or later store it cooler if need be? Like put it in a cooler with a bottle of frozen water or something?

That is a fine temperature for storage, your beer just may not last as long. Drink it withing a month or two and it will be fine. You are fermenting at a lower temperature I assume?;)

Store your bottled beer at that temp for 3-5 weeks or until properly carbed, then refrigerate

Yea, and you also don't live on a tropical island.

the grass is always greener...
RT here is 60-65 degrees, though my room is a converted garage heated by a small wall heater with thermostat attached, so one side of the room sits around 65 while the other is closer to 60. makes for prime temps (until it gets warmer outside)
