Tasting Notes
This is like if they gave Bud the same serum they gave Steve Rogers (Capt. America)
I really liked the idea of brewing something a bit tamer for "sessions" on weekends, and came across the Centennial blonde recipe. Originally I planned on simply brewing the recipe... but decided to change it up a bit to suit the ingredients I had on hand as well as my personal taste.

3gal
4lb 2-row
1lb pale wheat (sub for carapils, and I only had 4lb of 2row on hand)
2oz C40 (dont have any C10)
5oz Munich 10L (no vienna)
0.1 Centennial 60min
0.1 Simcoe 60min (why not?)
0.1 Centennial 30min
0.1 Simcoe 30min
0.1 Centennial 0min
0.1 Simcoe 0min
0.1 Centennial dry hop
0.1 Simcoe dry hop

Despite subbing C10 for C40 and vienna for munich, this beer came out great and light bodied. Hops were a bit too in your face for the style after 5 weeks, but another week of bottle conditioning (3 weeks total) made it perfect. Its like blonde/PA/BMC threesome love child. I just thought I would post it in case someone wanted to make a easy drinking beer such as Centennial Blonde.... but with a ABV higher than 4 and a touch more hops.
