Ale color before bottling

Newbie question: I have been making cider and wine for years but this is my first beer.

According to the recipe it is time to bottle. The color of the ale seems cloudier in the lower half of the carboy. is this normal?

Is it okay to bottle it or does it need to clear first? I don't mind if there is some sediment in the bottles. What do you guys think?
 
Very normal. If you put your bottles in the fridge for a week or 2 after they carbonate they will become crystal clear and all that cloudiness will settle out as sediment. I was amazed the first time I let my homebrew sit in the fridge for 10 days that even a wheat beer was almost as clear as a lager!
