Well, I have been brewing a lot with these two lately and love the results.

wy1968 (fullers) robust porter, bitter
wy1187 (ringwood) stout, ipa, brown ale

Wyeast French Saison - makes awesome Saisons, will use it to make AHS Holiday Chocolate Orange and possibly some Witbiers in the future.

Wyeast 3711 French Saison Yeast - Made an incredibly peppery and spicy Saison with this one. Can't wait to make another batch with it.

Wyeast 3787 Trappist High Gravity - Smooth with a touch of fruity. Made a delicious Patersbier as well as a very nice Tripel with this one. It's a top-cropper so it blows of like a madman but is well worth the trouble.

S-04, WL002 are my go to English strains which is pretty much a majority of what I brew (Bitters, Porters, Mild, Etc.)
