Hi all, I recently brewed an all grain recipe, mashing 8 lb maris otter crushed pale malt in 3 gallons of water at 67 - 68 deg f, I sparged until run off was 1.010 SG then boiled 75 minutes, getting exactly 4 gallons at SG 1.050

Is this anywhere near the theoretical possible, please?
