So I have an IPA in primary right now and am gearing up for a cream ale this weekend. I was debating on pitching the cream ale onto the cake of the IPA when I transfer it.
Anyone know if this would work? I have no idea if this yeast would be a good idea or not. If not, I may go with the 1056.
Thanks! :mug:

For a cream ale you usally want a very neutral high attenuating yeast. 1056 is the epitome of that definition. You could pitch onto the london but you're going to get some more fruity flavors from it. I like my cream ale to have a clean neutral flavor to it. I would definitely go with 1056.
