A: Remember airlock activity is not the best way of checking fermentation activity... Use your hydrometer! Be sure to check all your seals as even a little leak will preven..........

3 quart starter!?!?!?!?!?

wow man, you might not get all of that good yeast character. you actually need yeast to divide more than once.
