This is strange.

Hey eveyone, I brewed a Fat Tire clone about 20 days ago. It is a extract brew with steeping grains. I've had it in the primary for 11 days and I racked into secondary like I always do (everyone has their opinion about that, I just like it better). So today I looked in the carboy and noticed I have what looks like cigarette tobaco floating in it and I don't smoke. So I went through the steps. After the boil I strain the wort everything has star san, Then I rack to second also star san. I use wyeast. So if anyone has any ideas on what this can be please let me know.

A picture would probably help. I'm guessing you didn't try hop it?

I can't get a good picture of it, and no I didn't dry hop.

I assume this was not in the primary only secondary? Was thinking maybe a few hops came through to fermenter. Also love a copy of the recipe ... Fat tire is awesome

I'm also guessing hop particles, maybe hop seeds.
