I agree that Jack Keller's site is a wealth of information. Just remember that anything you read is from that point of view. Techniques have changed over the years, so you will run across old school versus new school; you will learn what you really like best and if ever in doubt just reach out to the forum(s). Interactive forums are great, like this one, and winemakingtalk, and WinepressUS--just to name a few.
