I have been home brewing for about 2 years now and have decided to build a brewing tower. This set up is all home made all gravity fed. I will be puting on the propane clinders, hoses, regulators, cpvc manifold, and cpvc sparge arm that will be removeable for the mash tun. I will soon be placeing a thermometer on the side of the top pot to monitor the tempture of the water for the mash and sparge. In planing is a 3/4 inch pvc atachment for a garden hose to fill the top pot.
