Made a Munich Helles 11 days ago, it just finished its diacetyl rest and I transferred to secondary. However while I may sure the secondary carboy would fit in my extra fridge for its lager period, I did not measure with the airlock! Can I just cover loosely with tinfoil? I left Carboy cap on, so only have to cover airlock hole.

Probably won't hurt a thing. Dropping to lager temps will likely draw some ambient air in (but that would happen with an airlock anyway). However, there's probably enough CO2 present that with the normal stratification of CO2 and O2, the beer will be protected by a blanket of CO2.
