Danstar Nottingham Ale Yeast. Optimum temperature: 57-70° F.

I checked the website and the FG is nowhere to be found.

Thanks in advance.

Well, Nottingham attentuates to 70-75%, so assuming this, your FG could be anywhere between 1.019 and 1.016.

How do you do that?

Simple arithmetic, my good man!

1) Take the expected attentuation of your yeast and subtract it from 100 (100-70= 30 or 30% or .30)
2) Multiply the last two numbers of your OG (64) by this factor.

.30 x 64 = 19.2 or 1.019
.25 x 64 = 16 or 1.016

Given an OG of 1.064 using a yeast with AA of 70-75%, the estimated FG will be between 1.019 and 1.016. :D
