Im brewing a mexican pilsner and its been sitting in the primary in the pantrey for about 36 hours or so. the yeast used was american pilsner lager white labs liquid.

I put the bottling bucket in the fridge with 5 gallons of water to simulate what the temps would be in there. i turned the fridges temp adjust thing to 1 lowest setting and the temp only gets up to 45 degrees the reciepe calls for 52-55 degrees no colder for the first 10 days. once in carboy its ok to be droped to 40 witch i can get the fridge to np.

my question is if i let it sit out in the pantrey for the 1st stage then put it in the 2nd and put that in the fridge at 40 degrees would that be ok? or should i just let it sit in pantrey in the 2nd like i have with the ales ive made?

p.s. this is my first larger
