I would appreciate some feedback on a strange Irish Red recipe that will have a westcoast hop profile and different grain bill.

west coast style reds are great! that looks like what you'll likely end up with there. i love the hoppy twist they put on a typical 'irish' red. i have jamil's west coast blaster from BCS on tap right now and it's a hit.
