I've recently put on an old maritime recipe which uses molasses, raisins, and potatoes, just wondering if anyone has ever made a similar recipe and if so, does it clear in the secondary fermenter. I've done kits before and recently a coopers irish stout which turned out good. I've had this "bull Beer" recipe in the secondary fermenter for about a week and she's pretty cloudy, how long can a fella wait until the yeast dies or finishes?
