I have a Rye ale that I wanted to had honey to, the ale has been the 2ndary for about a week, I wanted to add some honey for flavor and maybe boost up the ABV, could I just add honey to the sendary and stur it up? If I can and should do that, how much would give some what of a honey taste? Thanks!

You should have enough yeast in there to start fermentation again. I would dissolve the honey in some water, holding it at 170* for a bit to sterilize it, cool it, and add it in. be careful in stirring it up.

I made a belgian ale with 3 lbs of honey (5g batch) and it has a great subtle honey flavor to it.
