Just curious if anyone uses their homebrew in their cooking recipes? I used the my last bottle of christmas porter the other day to marinate some steaks. They were unbelievable:D

all the time! I use them to deglaze a skillet after frying some tasty meat in it. Add some chicken broth and flour or arrowroot to thicken and you've got a great gravy.

Use it for beer-butt chicken. :)
I couldn't possibly use good homebrew for that...I buy a case of the cheapest stuff I can find...Olympia last I checked. :D

I boil Brats in mine. Put in some onions and grill'em.
Then let them soak in in the beer again. Yum:D
If you really want to blow your socks off, soak them in homebrew 24-48 hours before par boiling and grilling them. Now that is heaven.

I use homebrew in tons of stuff, Mix in a little when making hamburgers, I use 2 bottles when I make chili, Add it to beef stew made in a slow cooker. mmmmmmm good stuff!
