Grounding my 120V heating element

Hi guys.

First, Thank you for everyone who has contributed to this website. It is a valuable resource for everything BEER.

Second, what is the best (and easiest) way to ground the heating element in my BIAB kettle? I am meeting with a welder to attach my 1" stainless nuts and want to make sure I have a ground.

Background: I am building a RIMS 15 gallon kettle with two 1500w 120v heating elements. I would like to enclose them into a gang box and that has the ground screw already attached. How does one attach the gang box to the kettle, as they are very different metals...
