For those that ferment in Corny kegs with a fermentation chamber I thought i would share my latest DIY.
TIG welded the end shut on a spare dip tube and popped the poppit out of an extra plug i had. now when i ferment i take out the dip tube, insert my new thermowell, and put the temperature probe through the plug and into the keg itself!
