Tahitian Vanilla Bean or Madagascar Vanilla in a 35% alc. solution?

I've been using the premium Madagascar-Bourbon vanilla beans for things... Got them off of Amazon, so the pricing was really good. I think you need to decide which one will give you what you want, more, and go from there.
