New to cider, want to keep it simple...

Hey folks, I've been home brewing beer for a while now and I think I want to try my hand at some simple cider. Can I just go to the store and get preservative-free, organic jugs of cider, dump them in a carboy, and add some yeast? Is there anything else I need to do to make the most simple batch of cider possible? Thanks!

Yes u can just make cider from store bought juice very easy

Like you said, just make sure there are no preservatives

i have use safeway organics with great results
and there are a lot of people around hear that use Tree Top Apple Juice

The answer is yes.... but Sulphite helps stave off acetobacter (Vinegar) infections...
