so i have fermented my diamond knot ipa for a week and a couple days in a glass carboy. i was mostly following the directions in the paper that came with the kit. today i drew some of the brew out and tested it and got a reading of 1.016 and thought... "ok now when am i supposed to add the dry hops?" looked at the paper and it said to add them at the start of the fermentation. well i decided to just add the dry hops now. what will be my results??? (airlock still bubbles every minute or two.)
should i let it ferment for longer and keep in primary for whole fermentation until maybe then end of this coming weekend, then bottle?
