Hello I just got all my ingredients for Bier Munchers Centennial Blonde and got an extra .25lbs of Cara pils .5 of Crystal 10 and .5 of Vienna. This shouldn't effect the flavor to much right?

For light beer like that 0.5 lbs of Crystal will definatelly be noticable, you basically doubling it up. 0.25 lbs of Carapils or 0.5 Vienna will not change flavor much.

.75# of crystal (carapils and c10) may result in a higher FG as well which could mean more residual sweetness
