home brew and digestion....

i told my brother i was brewing beer again and planned to give him a 6pack of my brown ale....he flatly refused saying the last home brew he had from a different buddy gave him the runs......

any truth to this theory ?

Some folks who aren't used to homebrew react that way to the yeast.

I didnt get the runs, but my first wheat beer gave me gas like you wouldnt believe. Luckily you get used to it. Hey if he doesnt want it ... his loss.

Thats funny i just started a thread on this.Made a dutch oven last night and SWMBO sprayed me with fabreeze

Lol I was going to post about that other thread.

I'm worried now. Maybe I should just start ingesting
yeast each night so when I start pounding HB I wont
blow the roof off
