Hey guys, I've got some Canadian blonde thats been in the bottle now for 7 days. Being my first brew I didn't realize the bottles should have been stored at about 18C for secondary fermentation. It's pretty cold here I think last night was -2C outside, so is this going to really affect my brew? Can I put them in an environment at the right temp now and they'll carbonate properly or are they too far gone? Thanks.

Get them as close to 22-24C as possible, and let them sit for 3-4 weeks. Then put one in the fridge for a couple days, and crack it open to see how they are carbing up....

Just cracked one open and it popped nicely, head was good and plenty of bubbles so it looks like their carbonating nicely. Thanks guys
