I brewed Schlenkerla Miller Lite Clone https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f62/miller-lite-really-triple-hopped-123937/.
I have pellet cascades available for the dry hop but I also have some fresh centennial available. I have done the beer with pellet cascades throughout the recipes with good results. Any input as to using the centennial instead? I was thinking maybe 1/2 oz cascades + 1/2 oz centennial. Thoughts suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks
