Yep, calling this one my Donkey Blonde

Took a AG recipe from my friend. Screwed up my evap loss- as usual-

instead of hopping 1/2 of 1/4 ounce per schedule- I hoped a 1/2 of a 1/2 ounce! So I just blew the bitterness scale a little too hard on this one.

I used 1/4 centenial twice- and 1/4 cascade twice instead of 1/2 of those quantities.

So my question is- how bad is this donkey pee going to taste? Wort tasted OK-

for those keeping track

3.75 2 us 2 row
.50 cara pils
.25 cry10
.25 vienna
plus hops

OK so experts- how bad did I screw this up. Will this turn out to be a light refreshing- no-so-aromatic IPA- will I get a nice light hoppy ale with some extra citrus notes?

should I barf in a bag now for being such a snoonad

What size batch, when did you do the hop additions at what quantity and AA% of the hops.

Ah meant Stoonad!
stupid, out of one's mind

cent AA 10%
casc AA 5.5%

hopped the following schedule (insert mad scientist laugh)

1/4 CENT at 60 min
1/4 CENT at 38 min
1/4 CAS at 18 min
1/4 CAS at 5 min

In between - I had a brief 'rest' something I made up - I reset the clock- gave myself an additional 10 minute boil between the CEN and the CAS between the 38- and 18 hop addition ( needed and wanted to boil more wortdown )

the recipe is queued for 2.5 gallons. I ended up with close to 3. and spilled out some too- no room in the carboy.

strike - 168- mashed in- for 70 minutes- raised to 170- mixed well for 10 minutes- drained- and started my boil -

started with 4 gallons of water- big mistake since I dont get alot of evap- - next time ill do 3 1/2

Ok, what I got, assuming a 3 gal batch and based on what you said about process was:
