Wow, I'm just full of questions today!! Anyway, sorry for all the n00b questions, just want to make sure I'm not ruining my beer...
I'm getting ready to brew my 2nd batch this weekend and I'm using a yeast starter for the first time. I'm using one of those Wyeast starter packs. I followed the directions and all that and everything seems to be moving along as planned. I noticed some sediment in the bottom of the flask, which I'm guessing is the usual wort/yeast sediment. I'm wondering, if when I pitch the yeast, should I stir up this sediment or just let it sit there? I'd hate to do it wrong and not have enough yeast to ferment the beer.
Thanks in advance!!
