I like Wilamette for a lot of things, I think its super versatile and have been using it in english and belgian beers with great results. For flavor and for use in things like IPA's and APA's I like cascade, centennial, amarillo, simcoe, and citra! Just made an IPA with those 5 and the hop smell and taste is What I'd imagine a pineapple starburst would be like...

edit: didnt notice we were supposed to name three... oh well

Nope that fine, just getting a read on what everyone likes to use most of the time.

Depends on my mood.

Generally UK varieties, I really like UK fuggles, First Gold, and Northdown (or Challenger)

Great feedback everyone. I'm looking to expand my small yard, and just doing some research.
