Thoughts on First IPA Recipe?

2 Gallon Batch:

3.15lbs Pilsner Liquid Extract
1lb Candi Sugar, Clear
1lb Wheat Dry Extract
.5lbs Caramel 40L
.5lbs Belgian Caramel Pils

70 mins 0.5oz Columbus pellet
60 mins 0.5oz Columbus pellet
50 mins 0.5oz Northern Brewer pellet
40 mins 0.5oz Northern Brewer pellet
30 mins 1oz Challenger pellet
20 mins 1oz Challenger pellt
15 mins 1oz Cascade pellet

Dry Hop in primary: 1oz Cascade pellet

WLP007 Dry English Ale

SG: 1.080
FG after 9 days: 1.015

The citrusy cascade hops are very evident in the nose.
 
If your numbers are forfive gallons of beer, you've got a nice hoppy pale ale/IPA. If they ARE for 2 gallons....you have a HUGE Triple IPA/Barleywine. I'm calc-ing an OG of 1.141 using Beer Tools.
 
pilsner is not the typical base for an IPA given it's grainy, bready, sweetish flavor. If you're looking for a more traditional IPA you would need to change the pilsner out for some two-row (or light extract). also I've no experience with caramel pils, but at that amount it would likely not hurt anything. Otherwise, for five gallons this looks alright.
