Where/When to get cheap 1 lb hops?

i quickly learned last year that you need to be on the ball to grab cheap 1lb hops. I've looked around and it seems like where i've checked (hopsdirect, yakima, labelpeelers, nikobrew), no one has the new season of pellet hops in stock or pre-order. any other good places to check? i'm most interested in getting citra, amarillo, and maybe some centennial or cascade.

I buy most of my hops from Farmhouse Brewing. I don't think 2013 pellets (other than southern hemisphere) have hit the market yet.

grain to glass, farmhouse, and label peelers is where I buy 95% of my hops by the pound.

I don't think the 2013 crop (pellets) even get released for another month or so.
