This is a pic of the Belgian I brewed up 2 weeks ago. I got great activity after 12 hours and this pic is at 10 days. This tasted awesome both pre & post boil and I cannot wait to sample it when I rack. This is my first attempt at this style of beer and I can't wait for the final product. Here is the recipe. I was going for a brew similar to Blue Moon White. Let me know what you think. Any suggestions?

mmm....Wit......(insert Homer Simpson drooling here)

I made my first and only wit last summer. It was the best summer beer I've ever made....yours sounds awesome too.

I noticed Northern Brewer has an Imperial Wit kit....now that's an interesting idea.
