I read through a bunch of threads and the wiki, and didn't find exactly the info I was looking for:

I have a Corny keg (ball-lock) on the way. A friend of mine has an existing Kegerator (it's a Danby, I think...in any case it currently has the necessary hardware to dispense from a Sanke keg).

Is there some kind of hardware, or combination of hardware, that will allow me to use the Corny with the Kegerator without cutting the existing lines? (I can get away with cutting the lines if I also rig something up that will allow the switch back to using a Sanke keg in the future if needed.)

Are there inline couplings that can be spliced into the existing lines that will allow me to remove a set of Corny connectors and install a set of Sanke connectors and vice versa?

I don't have the Kegerator here with me, or I'd take a pic of the existing hardware.

If I can figure out exactly what I need, I'd like to go ahead and order the hardware while I'm waiting for the Corny.

You'll need two of these for the sankey tap:

http://www.micromatic.com/draft-keg-beer/fittings-pid-874.html

You'll need two of these for the disconnests for the 2 disconnects. You will have to get the right barb sizes for you lines:

You'll need this...

and this for your disconnects:

and you will need two of these and two washers to go in those first nuts I listed for the sankey tap.

You may want to get two washers for the two fittings on the sankey tap. they are already built in on the corny disconnects. pictures a bit fuzzy.

This is what the sankey tap should like connected:

hope this helps...

Oh god, I just bought a kegerator.... it's supposed to tap sankeys. Looks like I'm gonna have to do this.

Do they sell these pre-made by any chance?

Not that I have seen. Just get the gas and liquid connections and some more hose clamps and you will be good to go. I just had to do this for my tap tower on the kegerator I built. I took all of ten minutes to do. and less then $30

yeah it's a cheap and easy thing to do. if you are lucky and your LHBS sells keg hardware it will be easy to get and do.
