I need some help putting together a Milk Chocolate Stout. This is likely my last AG brew for the winter. I am really a big baby when it comes to the cold weather, having grown up in Southern California, so I want to make a really great Stout. The wife hates the coffee notes in most Stouts so I am left to come up with a Milk Stout with a pronounced chocolate taste. Thanks for the help.

left hand milk stout clone is a very good recipe, I would defintely look into that.

You need to look at Ed Worts' Robust Porter in the recipe forum. I think this is pretty much what you are looking for. I tweeked the recipe a little bit to get a very chocolately beer with virtually no coffee flavor as I am not a coffee lover by any means.
